This policy is issued by FormantAI Research Private Limited (CIN U62099UP2025PTC223573), registered office Plot No. 20, Block H-1/A, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. We act as the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website and our sales and support channels.

When we run voice agents for a customer (a bank, insurer or lender), that customer is the data fiduciary for its end-customers' data and we process it only on its documented instructions, under a separate data processing agreement. This policy does not cover that processing; the customer's own privacy notice does.

04Call recordings

Recordings and transcripts from customer deployments belong to that customer. They are used only to serve and improve that customer's own models, are never used to train models for anyone else, and are retained, redacted and deleted according to the customer's instructions.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business (cloud hosting, email, analytics, CRM), under contracts that require them to protect it; with professional advisers; or where the law requires. Data may be processed outside India where a provider is located there, with safeguards the Act requires.

06Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it. We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and logging to protect it.

07Your rights
