01Agreement
By using formantai.com or our services you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you use them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it. Where you have signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement prevails over these terms.
02The services
FormantAI provides voice AI agents and related software for businesses. Features, languages and integrations may change as the product develops. Trials and demos are provided as-is.
03Your account
Keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
04Acceptable use
You must not use the services to break the law, including telecom, consumer-protection and data-protection rules (such as TRAI's commercial-communication regulations and the DPDP Act); to contact people without the consent the law requires; to impersonate anyone; or to probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
05Your content
You own the data, recordings and scripts you provide. You give us a licence to use them only to provide and improve the services for you, as described in our agreement and privacy policy.
06Our content
The website, software, models and brand belong to FormantAI Research Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as these terms or a signed agreement allow.
07Fees and credits
Paid plans and credits are billed as quoted. Taxes are extra where applicable. Refunds are covered by our return policy.
08Disclaimers and liability
Except as agreed in writing, the website and services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
09Suspension and termination
We may suspend access that breaches these terms or puts the service, other users or the public at risk. You may stop using the services at any time.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
